A third generation mortgage company, Park Place Services is now a Direct Lender division of AKT American Capital, Inc. With headquarters in El Segundo and the branch headquarters in Laguna Hills and my office in Murrieta we have Southern California covered. As a company we have funded over $5 billion since 2006.

Greg Burmeister - Loan Officer (DRE License 01484684)
Born and raised in Southern California Greg is extremely familiar with the region. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from California State University, Fullerton (Go Titans). In conjunction with the Caifornia Deparment of Real Estate Greg just completed five college level courses in various aspects of the Real Estate and Mortgage profession. His strong desire for education helps him stay ahead of the competition.


Janis Ericson - Processor
Janis is my loan processor and transaction coordinator. A stickler for detail (a good thing) Janis will see that your loan documents are properly packaged for underwriting. This function makes for a timely and smooth loan process.
